Summer Infant 3D Lite Convenience Stroller
The Summer Infant company was started by William Lockett III in 1985. Looking for a safe place to place his baby (Summer) while he did other things, this new father created the original bouncy seat. Since the creation of the bouncy seat, Summer Infant has continued to make a wide range of economical baby products from monitors to strollers, to cribs and bathtubs.
The 3D lite has a traditional umbrella fold where it collapses on itself as it folds in half. The fold can be initiated and accomplished with your foot, which is standard, or your hand, which is relatively unique. It is a one-handed fold that automatically locks but doesn’t stand on its own.
The 3D earned a 4 of 10 for quality, which is about what you would expect for the price. However, what is possibly more impressive is that it has a higher or equal quality score than some of the more expensive competition, and it managed a 2 point edge over the Kolcraft Cloud Plus. The overall feel of this stroller is one that will get the job done, but probably won’t last long doing it.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus Lightweight Stroller
The Kolcraft Cloud Plus Lightweight Stroller is fully packed with awesome features but as expected, no product is perfect. Before we start talking about the main issue parents have about this stroller, let’s see what this umbrella stroller has that makes the majority of buyers happy.
This umbrella stroller comes with an excellent size storage basket under the seat. It also easily accessible. You can put your large-sized diaper bag as well as some other things. Be mindful of the maximum weight of the stroller which is 50 pounds. When you add the weight of your little passenger, it would be better if you will not go overboard.
I highly doubt that the “all terrain” wheel can take rocky or rough roads. And although it has a front suspension which is supposed to give your passenger a smooth ride, DO NOT expect a ride as smooth as when you are using strollers with bigger air-filled wheels such as jogging strollers. The issue with cup holders can be solved by the basket underneath if you are referring to putting bottled drinks. Anyway, it’s never safe to put a hot coffee in a stroller’s cup holder even if it perfectly fits in there.
Summer Infant 3Dtote Convenience Stroller
The Summer Infant 3D Tote Umbrella Stroller is the stroller for your needs. This stroller was built to provide maximum comfort for your child on most types of terrain. Even though this stroller is not the most compact umbrella stroller out there, it makes up for it with how easy to use it is.
Summer Infant makes life easy for parents with the easy-to-use fold mechanism, adjustable canopy, adjustable recline, and 5-point harness. Additionally, the maximum-efficiency features such as the extra drink holder and diaper clips on the handlebar help to make this stroller stand out among other umbrella strollers.
The rear wheels of this stroller come equipped with parking brakes. These brakes are very secure and are easy to engage quickly. They are very proficient in preventing the stroller from incidentally rolling down inclines with your young one aboard!
Pockit Lightweight Stroller
The cleverly designed, compact fold uses the 2 x 2 D technique. This means that in only two steps, this unique stroller folds up into a compact, feather-light, handbag shaped package (9.5 lbs). Perfect for when you are on the move, and practical and easy to stow away when you’re not. It even fits into any plane or train overhead compartment!
Built using durable materials and expertly designed , the Pockit is small and light, but holds a child up to 55 lbs. The convenient storage basket holds up to 11 lbs of gear. GB’s Pockit stroller was recognized as the ‘world’s smallest folding stroller’ by the Guinness World Records. The magic of the Pockit stroller is its advanced bionic design. Our design concept is based on lifestyle and consumer experience.
The ambition to create the smallest pocket stroller is easy to undaerstand: make everyday life easier and less hassle. They found a convenient, pocket sized way to do it. The GB Pockit is a very lightweight and compact folded umbrella stroller. This stroller has the best score for weight and folded size, but it earned the lowest scores for ease of use and maneuverability.
Baby Trend Expedition Jogger Stroller
The Baby Trend Expedition earned a 9 of 16 rank and a Best Value award in this review. This budget friendly stroller is the cheapest stroller in the group and still managed to outperform 9 strollers with higher price tags. The Expedition earned a second place score for maneuverability and weight and folded size and a respectable 7 of 10 for ease of use.
This makes it a user-friendly option with some features the competition failed to offer like a parent console and child tray. Unfortunately, the Expedition only scored a 5 of 10 for run-ability, and its lack of suspension and adjustable tracking made it a no-go for our professional runner.
We suspect any dedicated runner will find it difficult to run with regularly or over long distances, but that being said, the Expedition is suitable for short jogs and parents looking for rubber pneumatic tires that can traverse a variety of terrains with ease. For the price, we think the casual runner will be happy with what the Expedition has to offer, making it a stroller we recommend, but not for the serious runner.
Besrey Airplane Stroller One Step Design
If you are looking for something light and easily foldable, but you have a newborn baby, then you’ve probably struggled to find something suitable. When you have a very small baby then you need very specific ergonomic designs. And the padding has to be suitable to provide optimum support and protection.
This Besrey product is going to fill that gap and give you the peace of mind you need. The footrest can be adjusted up so that you create a fully reclined and horizontal sleeping position. Even up to 3 years of age, this will provide a very comfortable sleeping environment to help you keep up with napping schedules.
One of the outstanding features of this product is that it comes with an excellent canopy. The best way to protect your baby from sun, wind or rain is to provide cover. And that’s exactly what you get with this model.
Joovy Zoom 360 Ultralight Jogging Stroller
The Joovy Zoom 360 Ultralight is an updated version of the Zoom 360 that has been one of the best selling joggers on the market. It might not be as fancy as some other models, but has a lot of great features and is very budget-friendly. The swivel front wheel that can be locked straight, makes it a perfect option for jogging as well as everyday use.
The air-filled tires together with rear-wheel suspension can handle any terrain while providing a smooth ride. The maneuverability on Ultralight is one of the best! You can easily push ans steer it with one hand.
The cool thing about the seat is that it sits a little higher on the frame than on other joggers so you can use it as a high chair. One thing that I didn’t like is that the seat and the leg rest are light on the padding. I am also a not big fan of the coarse seat fabric that is a little scratchy.
BOB Revolution FLEX Jogging Stroller, Black
The Revolution FLEX features air-filled tires and an amazing suspension system to make every jog more comfortable for baby. When baby is ready for a nap recline their seat with just one hand, and when they are ready to play they can sit in a fully upright position. You will never have to worry about keeping baby safe from the sun with the huge SPF 50 canopy.
If you are looking for a premium all-terrain stroller for all your adventures the Flex is for you! It has a large two-panel canopy that goes all the way down providing a full coverage. This is one of the best jogger canopies on the market. There is also a large plastic peekaboo window with a Velcro closure. The 2016 model also has an adjustable handle bar that offers 9 different positions to choose from.
It goes from 34″ up to 45″ from the ground. The handle bar is nicely padded with a foam. The runaway strap is attached to the handle bar providing extra security in case the stroller runs away from you during jogging. The seat is 14.7″ wide and 23″ high from the bottom of the seat to the top of the canopy.
